We are all individuals, with our own preferences and needs. Different things matter to each of us, at different times. Our personalised approach offers a whole ‘toolbox’ of ways to feel more informed and supported with cancer in ways that work for you.

Eat Well Resources

Eating well can be a wonderful way to nourish and care for both your body and your mind when living with cancer. However, we know that cancer and cancer treatments can pose additional challenges when it comes to food and nutrition.

Rest and Relax Resources

Finding ways to relax and rest your body and mind and with cancer isn’t easy but it is so helpful. When we sleep well, slow down and find moments of calm we help our bodies to recover and re-energise, and our minds to feel more in control of life.

Move More Resources

There are many benefits to moving your body and it can be a wonderful way to increase your physical and emotional wellbeing when living with cancer.

Your Mind Matters Resources

Accepting that it is okay to feel difficult emotions and finding ways to help cope with them can help you feel more resilient and able to live well with cancer, whatever your situation.

Feel Better Resources

Our Feel Better services aim to provide support with the side effects and symptoms that most people with cancer experience at some point. Concerns like fatigue, stress, fear and anxiety, poor sleep, pain, difficulties with eating or movement, menopausal symptoms and intimacy issues.
