This is a very easy and simple session and is suitable for complete beginners and those who have limited mobility.

How do I book?
- Go to the table below and click the date you want to attend and click book
- You will be sent an email with the zoom link invitation details (you must book your place to get the latest zoom link)
- You will also be prompted to complete a Pre-Course Survey which contains a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) so we can ensure your safety. This is mandatory before your first session and participation without it is at your own risk.
- If you have additional needs, advanced cancer/bone metastases, significant mobility/balance issues, significant lymphoedema or are on active treatment, our exercise specialists are available for one-to-one support with your exercise programme.
