I am in treatment for cancer

Following on from your cancer diagnosis, it can often feel like you are on a roller coaster that may involve different treatment options and your life is taken over by various hospital appointments. At Penny Brohn UK, we place you at the centre of your health and wellbeing, and that involves reminding you of what you can be in control of at this time.

We recognise that we are all individuals, with our own likes and dislikes. Different things matter to each of us at different times. Our personalised approach offers a whole ‘toolbox’ of ways to feel more informed and supported with your cancer experience. We encourage you try a few things and see what works for you… if something doesn’t feel right for you now, maybe try something else and build your own personal health and wellbeing ‘toolkit’.

Our range of lifestyle strategies and simple self-care tools are designed to improve your quality of life and can often support better outcomes. All that we do at Penny Brohn UK is evidence based and designed to work alongside your medical treatment.
