Rest and relax

Finding ways to relax and rest your body and mind and with cancer isn’t easy but it is so helpful. When we sleep well, slow down and find moments of calm we help our bodies to recover and re-energise, and our minds to feel more in control of life. Research also shows that relaxation techniques may help to reduce some of the side effects and symptoms of cancer and cancer treatment.
