Feel better

Providing the best support we can to help manage the physical and emotional impacts of cancer is at the heart of our approach at Penny Brohn UK. For over four decades we have helped people to feel better with cancer so that you can enjoy the things in life that matter to you.

When you see this icon across our website, you know that the support on offer helps you to feel better.

Our Feel better services aim to provide support with the side effects and symptoms that most people with cancer experience at some point. Concerns like fatigue, stress, fear and anxiety, poor sleep, pain, difficulties with eating or movement, menopausal symptoms and intimacy issues.

Our unique approach means that our experienced team of doctors, counsellors, nutrition, exercise and wellbeing specialists can work separately or together to offer personalised, evidence-based support for your cancer-related concerns.
