How we can support your loved one

A woman sits in a comfortable chair at the Penny Brohn UK centre. She is participating in a wellbeing day and is using calming techniques with her hands.

"When she visited, she could completely relax and feel at peace. She made friends with individuals who were so understanding of her situation, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Mum enjoyed so many of the activities that Penny Brohn UK had to offer. From these she learnt how to meditate which became her solace, the cooking classes gave us a new insight into healthy eating, and she enjoyed experimenting her new recipes on us – which we fully appreciated!"

Welcome session

It can be difficult to know where to begin sometimes, and that is why if you are new to Penny Brohn UK, we invite you to attend our online welcome session. Here you will discover more about the charity and be introduced to our personalised cancer care approach.

More information

After attending a Welcome session, you may find it helpful to browse other pages on our website, such as the ‘I have cancer’ page. This will help guide you further on our approach and the online and in-person sessions which your loved one might find useful.

Personal Planning: navigate our services

Our experienced Wellbeing team will offer personalised support and advice about which of our services can best support your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing, before, during and after cancer treatment. We will help signpost and direct you to other organisations that can also support these needs.

We place the person with cancer at the centre of their health and wellbeing, providing a range of lifestyle approaches that may be helpful before, during and after treatment. We have support available, whatever the circumstances.
