Many people who use our services are looking to support their health and wellbeing to live as well as possible with cancer after or without treatment. If this is you then we are here to help. 

Our online sessions, resources and in-person activities are designed to support your physical and emotional resilience with cancer. We can help you with practical ideas and support to eat well, move more, rest and relax, care for your emotions, and manage difficult side effects and symptoms – all things that evidence suggests may help to improve quality of life with cancer. 

All of our services are led by our qualified and experienced practitioner team, are free to join, and can be accessed following a simple registration process that can be completed online or with help from our client support team.

This page gives some suggestions of where you might want to start, and we recommend signing up for our weekly ‘What’s On’ email so that you can be the first to know about new services and anything that’s changing.

Welcome to Penny Brohn UK

A great place to start if you are new to us, this short online session with our friendly team will guide you through the support we offer and how you can use our services.

Regular online group sessions

Self-care resources

Our weekly programme includes a wide range of sessions that are easy to access from home, including nutrition, yoga, Pilates, dance, relaxation, healing, hypnotherapy and lymphodema support. No experience necessary and everyone is welcome.

We have lots of information and videos you can access at any time. These include Healthy Eating guidelines, recipes, exercise and relaxation videos.

Wellbeing days

We offer regular wellbeing days at our beautiful centre on the outskirts of Bristol. With different themes to choose from, these special days give you the opportunity to experience a range of activities to support your physical and emotional health and resilience, as well as enjoying a delicious lunch and time with others with similar experiences.

Wellbeing retreats

Our new residential retreats build on our online and information-based services with an opportunity for people to come together to share and experience how simple lifestyle changes and self-care tools can improve health and wellbeing with cancer. The retreats are held at our wonderful wellbeing centre near Bristol and the programme includes a wellbeing retreat specifically for people with advancing cancer.

Personal consultations

If you are experiencing ongoing physical or emotional concerns related to your cancer we offer one-to-one consultations with our experienced integrative doctors, counsellors, nutritional therapists, exercise specialists and complementary therapists. These appointments are a chance to share your personal concerns and receive tailored support and advice. Most of our consultations are offered by phone or Zoom, with a few in-person consultations each week at our centre near Bristol.
