Yoga for cancer
Anita from YogaPath Within will help you relax in a safe environment and lead you through your practice. Be led through gentle yoga postures to reconnect with the body positively, improve mobility and flexibility, build body awareness and switch off from overthinking.
Yoga for cancer includes gentle adapted postures, breathwork, guided relaxations and meditation.
These 45-minute classes are adapted if you are going through cancer treatment, a cancer survivor or a family member/supporter of a person living with cancer.
- Please note that a significant part of the class will include practice on a mat so it will suit people who can sit or lie down on a mat and be able to get up without help.
- Please wear comfortable loose clothing and have a yoga mat or similar and a chair to use as an occasional prop.
- Yoga block(s) or a rolled-up small towel or cushion would also be useful but are not essential.
By booking and attending the class, I confirm to have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions stated on this link.
