Sleep better
Sleep better is a monthly online session sharing tips and resources to help you sleep better and longer.
Our sleep cycles can become affected when going through a cancer diagnosis and treatment, impacting on our energy and levels of stress.
In this session, we will look at:
- Why our sleep patterns can become disrupted before, during and after treatment.
- Techniques and resources that can help improve your sleep
- Suggestions and ideas so you can easily introduce these sleep tools into your life
- Why sleep hygiene is important and improving your sleep routine
Please note this is a standalone session. You are welcome to join more than once; the main content will be repeated although the surrounding discussions may be different.
