Qi Gong supports both physical and emotional wellbeing. It is also known to benefit flexibility, coordination, and balance. Suitable for beginners and for those with some experience looking to deepen their practice.

Alex has been teaching Qi Gong classes for over 20 years and has undertaken extensive training in the UK and Asia. He has a special interest in working with people with cancer, having set up and led Qi Gong classes at Penny Brohn UK since 2014.
