Exploring the mind-body connection with Damien Jordan.

From these sessions, you will learn more about how to achieve a balance between mind, body, and emotions and use your experience to support your own self-care practices.

The session will last approximately 45 minutes and no experience is necessary. There is no expectation to contribute unless you would like to. As with all our group sessions, the option to have your video and audio on is completely optional.

No equipment is necessary. We encourage you to make yourself comfortable in a chair or in bed, ideally somewhere you will not be disturbed. You may wish to create a space of relaxation with a candle, or anything that makes you feel calm and peaceful in order to enjoy your healing session.

Damien Jordan

Damien is an experienced healer and teacher. He has spent over 20 years expanding his knowledge and understanding of how to achieve physical, mental, and emotional balance.

Damien is qualified in personal training, massage therapy, martial arts, Qi gong, Reiki, and hypnotherapy, along with meditation and mindfulness practices giving him the knowledge and expertise to create a unique approach to wellness. This approach can be easily adapted to any lifestyle to promote a greater sense of renewed health.
