How we can support you

There may be lots of things going on with your loved one since their diagnosis. This doesn’t take away from what you may be experiencing. Life can be just as confusing and uncertain for you as you experience life with them.

We want you to know that you are just as important as your loved one. We have a whole host of information and resources available for your use too. Our approach can be just as useful for you, even without a cancer diagnosis, and you may find it helpful to find out what could benefit your own health and wellbeing.

Bereavement support group

This new group is a safe and confidential space to support you in your journey through bereavement from cancer.

In each session, a topic will be offered as a starting point, but it will mostly be led by the stories and experiences shared by you.

It is a place for listening and you may find support in hearing about what has helped others through their own grief. It is a group for support, not for therapy. Everyone is at a different stage of their grief, and we respect each person’s story.

The sessions will be hosted on Zoom by Emily Wright, a certified grief and end-of-life coach and they will run for 90 minutes.

Please connect@emilywrightcoaching.co.uk for more information and the Zoom link details.

There are other charities and organisations that also may be of help to you:
