Jurassic Coast Trek
Explore England’s only natural World Heritage Site, Durdle Door, one of Dorset’s most iconic landmarks and search for fossils in the ancient rocks of Kimmeridge Bay.

Your two-day trek will start with a journey from Peveril Point to the beautiful Kimmeridge Beach, where we can dip our toes in the sea and search for fossils among the ancient rocks. We’ll trek further along the South West Coast Path on our second day, where we’ll take in views of Worbarrow Bay and the blue waters of the famous Lulworth Cove. Our finish line is at the iconic Durdle Door, a limestone arch formed more than 10,000 years ago! Dramatic coastal views and world-famous landmarks await – join us for a weekend adventure to remember!

You pay a registration fee, and we cover the balance of your trip from your sponsorship raised.

You pay a registration fee when signing up, and agree to cover the balance of your trip cost.

Your payment towards challenge costs: £375
Sponsorship pledge: No set target, we just ask that you raise as much as you can.
Global Adventure Challenges advice is that you need to have a reasonable level of fitness in order to take part, but you do not need to be ‘super fit’ or a professional athlete! It is suggested that you slowly build up your fitness levels in the lead up to your challenge.
How we’ll support you
Our Fundraising Team will support you all the way, from your initial welcome pack through to congratulating you on your achievement. We will send you a Penny Brohn UK t-shirt to wear on the challenge along with regular training and fundraising updates to make sure you have the best experience.
