Join our Yoga for Balance and Mobility sessions with Paula. These gentle yoga-based sessions help improve flexibility, ease tension, and support relaxation. Held at the Penny Brohn UK Centre, they include simple movements and breathing techniques in a calm and supportive space. Suitable for people with cancer and their families, this class helps with rest, connection, and wellbeing.

Paula Ekin

I discovered the joy of being active and keeping fit early on in my life. After practicing yoga for over a decade I completed my yoga teacher training in 2022 and I am just about to embark on a year long advanced teacher training course.

I have seen the impact any form of movement and physical exertion can have on a wide range of mental, physical and emotional difficulties. My aim is to use a combination of ballet/yoga/gentle stretching and breathing exercises so that everyone, no matter what age or stage, can join in and my hope is that you can experience the natural endorphins and get a bit of a stretch at the same time.

This class is taking a break over summer and will return on a weekly basis in September. Dates will be available to book from the end of July.
