Create and unwind
These uplifting sessions are held in our purpose-built art-room and led by a qualified and experienced tutor. The sessions are for everyone, no experience is required, and all abilities and confidence levels are welcome. This is a relaxed space with a focus on creative enjoyment and an opportunity for participants to connect with themselves and with others
Please note, if there is high demand for places we will prioritise those who haven’t had the chance to attend the classes before.
Autumn term runs 18 Sept – 27 Nov (with a break for half term on 30 Oct).
Testimonial

“Being based at the centre has been an important plus point. Coming to the centre has been a nurturing and joyful experience, somewhere safe to come and have a break, to meet up with others doing the course.”
“I cannot describe how much this course has, and continues to, improve my life. The focus is on learning new art skills, not on cancer, which is wonderful.”
“This course has been a key part of my recovery providing a space and opportunity to ‘put down life’ and express myself in a creative way without any need to produce anything. Such a relief! Thank you.”
