Green hemp shake

Hemp protein powder is an easy and healthy way to increase your intake of quality protein and omega-3 and -6 essential fats. It also helps to stabilise blood sugar levels.
Servings 2 people

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 30 g Hemp protein powder or shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 400 ml almond milk/milk of your choice
  • 1 1/2 cups water or coconut water
  • 2 handuls spinach leaves
  • 1 handful romaine lettuce or kale
  • Pinch of cinamon

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth
  • Drink immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1 day
