Ingredients
- 30 g Hemp protein powder or shelled hemp seeds
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 400 ml almond milk/milk of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups water or coconut water
- 2 handuls spinach leaves
- 1 handful romaine lettuce or kale
- Pinch of cinamon
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth
- Drink immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1 day
