Avocado Cream

- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 kiwi or half pear or half banana
- 1 or 2 dried unsulphered apricots – you may choose to slightly soak to ease blending (not essential)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
To garnish
- 1 Handful Seeds or grated chocolate
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to create a smooth cream
- Divide into 2 ramekin dishes and sprinkle the seeds or chocolate on top
