Pea and mint dip
Ingredients

frozen peas
3
spring onions
chopped
A few fresh mint leaves
can use dill instead

g
silken tofu
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Simmer the peas and spring onions for 4 minutes and drain
Add the peas and spring onions, along with the rest of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Enjoy!
